Stefani Stout
With 15 years in marketing, Stefani Stout is co-founder of S&A Creative, where every project is fueled by innovation, strategy and a distinct drive for connection. Her love for visual storytelling took root in her early creative pursuits and continues to thrive in both her professional and personal life. A dedicated mom, wife, fitness enthusiast, traveler and wine lover, Stefani believes that life’s richest moments happen when passion and purpose collide. Whether inspiring those around her, bringing bold campaigns to life, or serving her community, she approaches every opportunity with warmth, vision and an instinct for beauty. For Stefani, success is measured by the impact of work that inspires connection, where every brand story and personal journey leaves a lasting imprint.
Ashley Alspaugh
Ashley Alspaugh is the co-founder of S&A Creative and a seasoned communicator with more than a decade of experience spanning journalism, public service and corporate communications. Her passion for the craft began early, anchoring her elementary school’s morning TV show, and evolved from the newsroom to the boardroom, where she built a career connecting with audiences both on-camera and behind the scenes. A devoted mom, fitness enthusiast and travel lover, Ashley believes life’s most meaningful moments come from stories that truly resonate. Whether crafting content, shaping messaging, or bringing events to life, she brings energy, intention and heart to every project—trusting that the most powerful work happens when authentic voices reach the people who need them most.
